Vetiver Bourbon (Vetiveria zizanioides)

The Vetiver (Vetiver) is the common name of the plant Vetiveria Zizanoides. The essential oil of vetiver from the distillation of the roots of the plant and has a heavy woody earthy fragrance. The essential oil of vetiver is used in times of stress, for insomnia, nervousness and tension, for muscle aches and good blood circulation. Also used as an antiseptic, a tonic, sedative, antidepressant, against chronic fatigue and as aphrodisiac.
